All warranties must be handled through the Dealer where you purchased your products. Consumer has to register this form within 10 days from purchase to claim warranty coverage.
Peace Industry Group (USA) Inc. offers our dealers following warranties.
Parts come with a 30 days factory warranty exclusive of tires, body parts, plastic parts and batteries.
Engine(s) comes with 6 months warranty. Theses warranties start from the date dealer sells the vehicle to their customer, but valid within 1 year from the date dealer buy from our company. We will not offer warranty for vehicles bought more than 1 year from us. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the part and only as long as the parts are still installed on the vehicle for which it was originally purchased. If any defect is discovered during the warranty period, Peace Industry Group (USA) Inc. must be informed immediately. All claims must be accompanied by the parts and the original sales receipt. Defects must be verified and all work under this warranty authorized by our sales manager. Peace Industry Group (USA) reserves the right to repair, replace or refund the purchase price of any part at its option. Such repair, replacement or refund will satisfy all obligations under this warranty. Any improper use, abuse, neglect, careless handing, damage done by improper installation or repairs or removal of a part form main body in which it was first installed shall void this warranty. Shipping cost and labor fee of any part(s) to the Peace Industry Group (USA) Inc. is specifically excluded from this warranty.

All merchandise returned for credit, repair, or exchange must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. 25% minimum restocking fee will be charged for returns without RMA number.
Please return item via trackable method, Peach Industry Group (USA) will not be responsible for shipment lost during the return process. All returned merchandise must be shipped with freight prepaid. Products must be received within 10 days (international) of the RMA issuance date. Once the returned merchandise is received, we will promptly replace any defective merchandise or exchange with items of the same value if the original product is no longer available. RMA will take about 7-14 business days to process. Special order parts will take an extended period of time.
